Hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning. We pre-treat with a mild biodegradable detergent, spot-treat tough stains, then extract and rinse with pure water so no residue is left in the carpet.
Can you get pet urine smell out?
Yes. We use enzyme treatments that break down urine at the source in carpet and upholstery, instead of covering the smell with fragrance.
Do you clean and seal tile grout?
Yes. Grout cleaning is $0.75 per sq ft, and sealing adds $0.25 per sq ft. Sealing helps the grout resist future spills and stains.
How much does sofa cleaning cost?
A standard sofa is $169 plus tax. Sectionals start at $229.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
We stand behind our work 100%. If an area isn’t right, we come back and fix it at no extra charge.
Do you work with insurance on water damage?
We work with most major insurance companies and can bill them directly in many cases. We also help with claim documentation. Payment plans are available if you don’t have flood coverage.
